Plug in. Try a round. Get ready to host.

A Windows laptop, a screen and clear sound are the heart of your setup. Follow our simple checklist before your first bingo night.

Get your laptop ready

Use the official Balls Out Bingo download and follow the instructions shown with it. The game download is coming soon.

Plug the laptop into power and close apps you do not need during the show.

Connect the TV or projector

Plug in the screen, open Windows display settings and choose Extend. Open the audience screen from Balls Out Bingo.

Move the show to the big screen and keep your host controls on the laptop.

Add sound and your music

Connect your speakers, choose them as the sound output and play a few calls. Then test your microphone and music.

Keep your music files on the laptop so you can find them easily on the night.

Have a quick practice

Start a game, pause it, check a pretend winning claim and try a Booze Ball. Make sure you know how to return to the game.

Use the downloadable equipment checklist and give yourself plenty of setup time at the venue.

Ready to carry on?
