Customer accounts and support

We use your name, email address, account identifiers, sign-in and confirmation records to create and secure your account, provide access, and answer support requests. Supabase provides the account and database services. Password authentication is handled by that service; passwords are not included in public pages or event listings. These activities are needed to provide the requested contract and to protect the service against misuse.

Payments and licences

Stripe processes payment details. Our application uses order and payment references, plan, price, event date, subscription and paid-period information to verify purchases and grant the correct access. The application does not receive full payment-card numbers. We retain payment-related records where required for accounting, legal claims and the administration of subscriptions and refunds.

The software uses a linked computer identifier, a one-way hardware hash, device name, authorisation records and licence expiry to restrict an evening to the authorised computer. These checks are needed to supply and protect the purchased licence. A hardware hash is still account-linked personal data. The application periodically checks authorisation online when connected.

Hosting and security

Vercel hosts the website and server functions. Essential sign-in cookies maintain a secure session: the access cookie is limited to up to one hour and the refresh cookie to up to 30 days. Sign-out clears these cookies. Security controls use request information and hashed rate-limit identifiers to limit abuse. Hosting, account and payment providers may keep their own security and service logs under their applicable policies.

We use account and licence information for the duration of the account and purchased access. When an account is no longer needed, contact us to request deletion. We assess what can be removed and retain records still needed to meet legal obligations, resolve payment disputes or enforce relevant licence restrictions. A deletion request does not erase records that must lawfully be retained.

Vercel, Supabase and Stripe may process information outside the UK. Contact us for details of the processing locations and applicable transfer safeguards relevant to your account.

Public event listings

An event listing's title, host/business name, venue address and map position, dates, description, admission details and promotional links are public. They can appear in search results and social shares. The listing does not publish your account email or account identifiers. The event manager allows editing and deletion; cancelled pages preserve a cancellation notice and finished events leave the upcoming finder. Search engines and social platforms may retain cached copies.

Supabase stores event listings. The event manager keeps its sign-in tokens in the browser tab's session storage until sign-out or tab closure. OpenStreetMap services provide maps, map tiles and optional address searches. An address search sends the entered venue address to those services. The optional Near me feature asks for location permission and uses the position in the browser to filter listings; it is not saved to the listing or account.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a portable copy of personal information. Where consent is used, it can be withdrawn. Contact hello@ultimatepartynights.com to exercise a right or raise a concern. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/.
