Software and equipment Balls Out Bingo is downloadable Windows software for hosting bingo events. Try the free demo on your intended computer, sound system and audience display before buying. Equipment, internet access, prizes, consumables, venue permissions and any music or public-performance permissions needed for your event are not included. The host is responsible for running their event lawfully.
Prices and access One event: £24 for the chosen event date, from 6am until 6am the following morning, Europe/London time, with unlimited games during that authorised evening. Five events: £99. Unused passes do not expire. Authorising an evening uses one pass. Restarting the software or playing additional games that evening does not spend another pass. Annual: £399 billed yearly, renewing automatically unless renewal is cancelled before the next billing date. Unlimited evenings during your paid year. Cancelling renewal leaves access available until the paid period ends. The final amount payable is displayed in Stripe Checkout before you pay. Delivery is digital; no physical item is sent.
Accounts and computers An account belongs to the purchasing host and must not be shared. A main host computer and a backup may be linked. Only one computer can authorise a given evening; one licence cannot run concurrent events. Internet is needed to sign in, link a computer and authorise an evening. Once issued, a valid signed evening licence works offline until its displayed expiry. Keep the computer clock accurate. Contact support about an emergency transfer.
Payment, delivery and renewal Stripe processes payments. Access is made available after payment is verified and appears in your account. Pending or declined payments do not grant paid access. Contact support if a successful payment is missing; do not pay again while it is investigated. Annual subscribers can manage payment details, invoices and renewal cancellation through their account. Your account provides a downloadable confirmation of the purchase and agreed terms.
Cancellation and refunds UK consumers normally have a 14-day cancellation period from the contract date for digital-content contracts. When you separately request immediate supply and acknowledge the resulting loss of this right, the cancellation right ends when supply begins. Agreeing to these general terms alone does not waive it. Rights concerning faulty or misdescribed digital content are unaffected. Where a statutory cancellation right applies, contact the email or postal address above with your name, order reference, purchase date and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date]. A signature is needed only on paper. If the software is faulty or not as described, contact support with the issue and order reference. Statutory remedies are unaffected. These terms do not apply an event-hire booking-fee policy to software purchases.
Fair use and responsibility Do not copy, resell, redistribute or tamper with the software, account credentials or licence checks. Access linked to a refunded or disputed payment may be paused for review. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. The law of England and Wales applies without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
