Give the venue a night to talk about.

Use our editable venue pitch to start a conversation with a pub, bar or club. Explain the idea, agree the practical details and suggest a first date.

Lead with the evening

Describe a hosted bingo night with music, big-screen numbers, prizes and a choice of games. Keep it about the experience guests will have.

Show the venue how you would promote the date and what you would bring. Avoid promising a full room or a set income.

Make the arrangements clear

Agree the host fee, ticket arrangements, prizes, screen, sound and staffing before confirming. Decide who answers booking questions.

The venue should check that its arrangements suit the event. Put the agreed responsibilities in writing.

A short pitch you can edit

I can bring [your equipment and hosting]. Could we discuss a trial night on [date]? We can agree tickets, prizes, promotion and what the venue needs to provide. Thanks, [your name and contact].

Follow up with something useful
