Top. Bottom. Bingo.

Sandwich bingo gives your crowd a different target: finish the top and bottom rows on one ticket. The middle row is left out.

The simple rule

Players need all five numbers in the top row and all five in the bottom row of the same ticket. That makes ten numbers.

Say “top and bottom rows” before the game starts so nobody confuses it with any two rows.

A fresh target for regulars

Sandwich changes what players are looking for without needing a different kind of ticket. It is easy to add to a familiar 90-ball night.

Use it between your usual games or give it a prize of its own.

Show it before you start

Choose Sandwich in the game and explain the target before calling numbers. Use a sample ticket if anyone is unsure.

Keep the same rule throughout the round and make it clear when players need a fresh ticket.

Check the winning ticket

Pause when somebody calls. Check the top and bottom rows on their ticket against the numbers that have been called.

Once the claim is confirmed, give them the winner celebration and tell the room what comes next.

This is an optional part of your bingo night. Return to the guide whenever you are ready.
