Balls Out Bingo

Get the little things sorted.

Find bingo books, dabbers and spare supplies for your next event, or print your own tickets. Everything your players need should be ready before doors open.

Get ready for your next night.

Our branded illustrations show the type of item, rather than an exact product. Open Amazon to choose the item, seller and delivery date. You pay the supplier directly.

For confetti cannons, check venue permission and follow the product’s instructions. For props and prizes, choose items suitable for your guests.

Choose 90-ball books

Check that the tickets are for 90-ball bingo rather than 75-ball grids. Look at the number of games, sheets and colours before ordering.

Buy enough for your expected crowd and a few spares. Agree how many tickets each player gets and how you will handle extra sales.

Dabbers or pens

Dabbers are quick to spot and easy to use. Check the listing for the number included and whether the ink suits the paper you are using.

Have spare pens available in case somebody forgets a dabber or one runs dry.

Print your own instead

Our card maker is useful for practice nights and smaller events. Add your event name, generate the tickets and print a sample sheet first.

These are individual tickets. Buy ready-made books if you want the usual bound book format.

Shop with the seller directly

The shopping buttons below open Amazon searches for books and dabbers. Check the item, delivery date and seller before ordering.

Physical supplies are bought separately. Orders and delivery are handled by Amazon or the seller, rather than Balls Out Bingo.

Confetti cannons for the winner moment

Want a real burst to go with the on-screen celebration? Browse handheld paper confetti cannons as an optional extra for your night.

Ask the venue first and follow the product’s instructions. Choose a product suited to the space and agree who handles it and the clean-up. The software’s screen effects do not operate physical cannons.

Prizes and inflatable party props

Inflatable guitars and microphones can make fun props for a dance or winner photo. Novelty trophies, medals and a winner’s crown add a little ceremony.

Choose a main prize that suits your crowd, such as a venue voucher or a small gift bundle. Keep a clear prize list and stay within the budget agreed with the venue.

Ready to carry on?

This is an optional part of your bingo night. Return to the guide whenever you are ready.
