One main prize. Plenty of little moments.

Start with a prize people will enjoy, such as a venue voucher, a gift bundle or something chosen for the occasion.

Use smaller prizes for extra games or Booze Ball challenges. Make the prize for each round clear before starting.

Bring out the inflatables

Inflatable guitars and microphones can give a music break or winner photo a playful feel. A novelty crown or trophy gives the winner something to hold.

Treat them as optional props and choose items suitable for your audience and the space. They are bought separately from the software.

Add a confetti moment

The software brings the on-screen confetti. If the venue allows it, a handheld party cannon can add a real celebration to the final win.

Check the venue and product instructions before buying, and agree who uses the cannon and who clears up. Physical cannons are separate props.

Keep it simple to run

Pack the prizes in the order you plan to use them. Keep spare props, a bin bag and the printed prize list with your host kit.

Browse the supplies links for ideas, then check the product, seller and delivery date yourself. You choose the items and pay the supplier directly.
