Bingo Night Running Order and Hosting Plan
Before the start
Arrive early enough to connect the screen and sound, test a round and lay out tickets. Agree who handles ticket sales and where winners bring their cards.
Keep the first few minutes relaxed while players settle in. Explain how to mark numbers, what wins and when to call out.
A simple two-hour example
00:00 welcome and a quick explanation. 00:10 One Line, then Two Lines and Full House. 00:40 a music or Booze Ball moment, then Four Corners.
01:00 take a short break. 01:15 try Sandwich. 01:35 choose All Odds or All Evens. 01:50 leave room for the final prize and thank everyone.
Treat the times as a guide
A game ends when someone wins, so the exact timing will change. Allow more time for a busy room and fewer rounds for a shorter booking.
Tell players whenever you need fresh tickets. Explain the winning target again before each new game.
Keep the finish clear
Have the final prize ready and give the winner a proper moment. Thank the venue and the people who helped.
If the next event is booked, tell everyone the date before they head home.
